How far in Advance Should I book?

We start booking a year out! Our most popular months are September and October which tend to book up first. To secure your date a contract and deposit is required. Without this, we unfortunately cannot hold your date. Fill out our bridal form under Contact and we’ll send you additional information!

Are trials required and when should i Book one?

Trials are extremely important in creating your dream look and gives you the opportunity to try multiple looks. We also want to connect with you before the big day so we can get to know each other a bit more!

Doing a trial in the same season as your wedding is recommended as our hair and skin tends to shift with weather. This will give you the most accurate version of yourself.

Trials can be done at your home or if available you can come to our individual home studios. We are a freelance makeup and hair team so we do not work from one specific salon.

If you prefer to have a trial before booking your date, we can definitely arrange that for you but please know that without the deposit and contract, we cannot hold your date.

Where are you located?

Our team are freelance stylists and artists which means we work on-location. We travel anywhere from Montauk to Manhattan and even destination weddings! Travel fees may apply depending on the location of the team for your trials and wedding day.

How should i prepare for my trial?

Please have a fresh, makeup-free face and clean dry hair before we arrive. If you plan to use hair extensions for the wedding day or curious about trying them out, you must have them readily available for your trial. Any accessories you plan to have for your wedding such as a veil, flower crown, or headpiece are recommended.

It is helpful to wear a color and neckline similar to your wedding dress or event outfit to get a feel for the whole look!

Can you accommodate Large bridal parties?

Definitely– We can provide multiple stylists and artists to be there for large bridal parties to cut down on the time getting ready! We cover bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids, mother of the groom, mother of the bride, aunts, flower girls and more. Booking in advance is recommended to ensure availability and coverage for your large bridal party!

HOW CAN I PREP THE SPACE BEFORE YOUR TEAM ARRIVES on the wedding day?

Table Space – please have sufficient table space available for hair and makeup for setting up their products and tools.

Outlets – the hair team will need outlets but will come prepared with extension cords.

Chairs – if available, makeup will need a higher stool and hair will need regular height chairs. Most hotels will bring these items up for you in advance.

Notify your bridal party – to stay on time and have a smooth morning, please have your ladies ready to go as soon as someone finishes up with hair or makeup.

Clothing– please wear a button down shirt or robe to avoid tight fitting shirts from smudging makeup or ruining hair styles.
